Road kill animals ready for the pot - Food 3

Herring gull, carrion crow and rat. These were used for a lecture at Bournemouth natural Science society . I gave an hours talk on edible plants and animals and afterwards we had a tasting session. I had plates with tawny and barn owl, woodcock, badger, rat, squirrel, hare, rabbit, sika, roe and fallow deer, spaghetti bolognese, noodle stir fry and curry .Many people attended and all tried the food. There were a variety of comments. Squirrel was the favourite and badger was the least favoured. The lecture was a repeat from last September put on for Bournemouth university media school. They were making a short documentary on myself.
